Photo Reconstruction

This is my latest assignment for Photoshop class.... I found this photo on Google Images so I do not own the original photo. I did do the reconstruction work on it.
*Edit: I decided to color the newly reconstructed photo since that is what I would have to do for a real life job.

No More Excuses

Based off the Æsop Fable, The Fox and the Grapes, which represents the way that I just give up when life gets hard and make excuses. Now I know I should be looking to God for assistance because he can be my step ladder and my safety net. Through him, I can succeed in life.

This project was assigned in my Illustration for Publication class. I had to base my art style of a different artist, The artist I chose for this particular piece was Chantell Petith. I fell in love with her art style. Unlike her oil paintings, I used prismacolor markers. This was my first time using markers, and I have to say that I really enjoyed it.
